Payment Methods Minimize
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, and Interac.

We will provide a printed health care plan estimate of potential fees for a given procedure and we will contact you directly if procedures and fees need to be adjusted.

We feel it is our obligation to you and your pet to provide the most up-to-date medical, surgical, and diagnostic techniques available and our fees are structured to support this level of pet care. The Ontario Veterinary Medical Association has a suggested fee guide for our profession, which is the guideline generally used at Northdale Animal Hospital.
Waiting Room Courtesy Minimize
When bringing your pet in for an appointment they may be a little uneasy about new people and animals. We ask that you properly restrain your pet before coming into the hospital.

We suggest animals be placed on a leash, or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting room. Your pet and others in the waiting area will appreciate the extra care.

If you think your pet has a contagious disease, you should call us first with details, as we may request you wait outside until called for.

Please realize that we do make a sincere effort to see each client on time, however emergency situations do sometimes arise and are given priority. Please be patient, we'll help you as soon as we can.
After-hours Emergencies Minimize
Our hospital is available for emergencies during regular business hours. Since it is not feasible for us to be open twenty-four hours a day, another facility is always available to examine and treat your pet.

If you do have an emergency after our regular business hours, please call the Veterinary Emergency Clinic, located on 41 Adleiade Street N, near Nelson. Their telephone number is (519) 432-7341.
